Twine
I've just been given a beta invite to Twine. I'm not sure I quite understand it, to be honest. They talk about the Semantic Web a lot. I think it's sort of like a combination of blogging and sharing links del.icio.us-style in a highly-searchable fashion. I tried joining a few "twines", which seem to be common threads for posts, but just feel a bit overloaded by the barrage of information that lays on you. I already have a hard enough time keeping up with all the rss feeds I subscribe to without watching Twines as well. Maybe it'll click for me, like Twitter did recently, but I'm unconvinced.
